2. Production Timeline
We strive to meet our customers’ timelines and provide the following production estimates:

  • Samples: For customers requesting samples, production will take approximately 7-12 days. Sample orders are crucial in the customization process, allowing clients to review the product before committing to a larger order.

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Should any delays occur, we will notify you immediately and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Policy

5. Free Samples Policy
We offer free samples to customers who place a minimum order of $500. This allows you to test our products before making a larger commitment. Free samples are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the number of free samples per customer. If your order does not meet the $500 minimum requirement, sample costs will be charged accordingly.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, modifications may not be possible depending on the stage of production. We recommend contacting our support team immediately if you need to make changes. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, certain changes may result in additional costs or delays. Cancellations are subject to review, and any work completed prior to cancellation may be non-refundable.
